My wife & I each have a parcel of ISX. We'd each be happy to chip in say $1000 each towards funding a class action. If we can get a hundred or so to do likewise we could probably raise enough to start things off. I suspect if our case is strong enough (and I think it is), the we should be able to get a "now win, no charge" litigator to become interested.
