How concerned are you about the financing coming through? What would happen if they walked away, or wanted to lower the price.

If the price is lower, they'll need to issue more shares creating complications for the 20% rule.

I think that the restart is assured, the financing less so.

I financing, nor manufacturing, as GXY's achilles heal at the moment.

What do you think? Genuine question. If I knew the financing was resolved, I would buy straight back in...quickly.
