    So can the over-seas telco companies which mbe has agreement with also change the goal posts on mbe ?-similar to the carrier billing charge changes recently implemented by the au carrier companies which materially affected mbe bottom line/decimated the sp?

    Why was mbe exposed to such unexpected risk in au ?
