I think that is the case, yes. But i also think management have learned a lesson and they will have the mitigation of this risk much more in their minds now. They are also diversified amongst different duristrictions and telcos internationaly so similar future shocks shouldn't be so bad as this local market one.

Why was so much risk to the au market? Because thats where the co started and was more exposed and, more generally, the mobile market is still new and forming and changing and adapting, and policy and process and the law of men is playing catch-up.

This is a co seeing the future and seeing a place for them in the future and are aggressively working towords their goals.

This co is very risky but with great potential reward.
