story no 1
i told this on many yrs ago
a guy walking through the desert
camps by a creek bed
a loud voice at night says
pick up all the rocks u can carry and tomorrow u will be both glad and sorry
the guy is thirsty has to carry water but picks up some rocks and struggles on
the next day he is rescued by a search party when he opens his sack he finds the rocks have turned to gold
he was glad he picked so many up but sorry he had not picked more up
story no 2
2 guys tramping in the outback
one falls down an old mineshaft
he screems to hs mate to get him out-apg
his mate disappears and he curses his mate thinking he had deserted him--shareholder
what he didn't realise was his mate -- apg had seen a ranch in the distance and gone to get a rope to rescue him--shareholder
and returns to drop the rope to rescue him
moral of this story
the guy above the ground could see the whole story
the guy in the hole-- shareholder -- couldnt
so lets say the guy above was unable to communicate the situation no matter how much he may want to
end result the guy in the bottom of the shaft is rescued
