I must confess I don't understand how this works, if voted in favour of the scheme MCS will delist from the ASX. so does this mean there are no shares or at least in the sense of trading. Therefore they will have no $$ value. I see there is a section on 'notes' which presume is a form of payment to share holders to financially compensate for this. So in essence there is no dilution, but they state % after the scheme so I really am confused. I can only presume they have put this in because they state a recommendation to delist and the dilution is only if that does not happen. I Don't hold but show interest as an AGO long term holder. So I didn't spend the time reading the announcements. But good luck to all the holders. I do hope it works out for the best which ever way for MCS, its shareholders and ultimately its employees.
