Pretty simple..
- Delists so wont show on your portfilo, but will be listed thru one of the registry groups (Link, Computershare etc).
- You will own x% of company.
- Company still has to follow rules but not all of the ASX rules.
- Should you want to sell, you could talk to the company and they may put you in touch with someone who wants to buy.
- When company relists you will still own x% of company unless there has been dilution or deals done whilst off ASX.
Thats very simplistic version of what should happen, in reality the company could be sold etc whilst off the asx.
