On current information there will be underlying bidders - but as I stated before the overall markets are over valued and Appen could be swept up due to that. There are no index funds in the stock anymore to heavily influence its weighting.. they are all gone and good riddance to them. But don't see any value in making any key decisions until the AGM with a positive backdrop/
