“Now that the Company has the support from shareholders, the only remaining conditions to be met are the
South African Reserve Bank approval and a Johannesberg Stock Exchange Listing. The Company will then
appoint the Chairman of Sekoko, Mr Tim Tebelia, and the Sekoko’s Finance Director Amanda Matthee to
the Board of Firestone. Tim and Amanda are very experienced and will give us local skills and a strong
presence in South Africa, said Mr Smartt”
