    For short term view, no, but long term view yes.
    If you buy now, you may have limited gains in the next 4 weeks, wait until she drops back to $0.065~0.07 gives you more room for gains. I believe we have seen the worst ($0.05), I don't think we will see that again.

    Long term say 3~5 years, today's SP would be a bargin!
