    I hope ( and think ) you are right about the Div

    However as I have previously stated, Why would CER declare a dividend, and if it does why would it not do so ONLY after minimising its debts.

    The focus of any business these days is to MINIMISE (and or eliminate debt.

    Survival is now the name of the game.
