james... well ferguson was mainly an overseer in many areas to my knowledge.. like a side adviser and due diligence person? maybe its just true what they said.. hes moving on as he has other interests now.. hard to fully digest that director swap till a lil more time passes me thinks.

I am liking the write up on the new guy.. cos when robertson parted.. him being a highly rated restructurer and sales driver... well its good to see they saw an imbalance of intellect fairly quickly and sought out a new sales driven director such as Kiddle appears to be.

so IMO i think the Kiddle appointment is quite a good move.. why they chose to replace wes rather then just add a new direct well i do not know.
