Only 9 countries have done really well where the rest didn't go into lock down soon enough and are in strife and opened up way to early.
Only open up once your cases are down to only a few if any. One person can infect thousands of others over a two week period.
No wonder US and UK in such a mess. Protesters in the hundreds of thousands all spreading it around will ruin their lives for many years to come. Their economies will be smashed to bits due to their own stupidity.
So the smart 9 will trade and have tourism while the rest go down the drain.
