Mesoblast has the option to pay a USD 20 M milestone royalty on Remestemcel L BLA approval in cash or in shares at its sole discretion within 10 days of such approval. Further, Mesoblast will pay escalating royalties to Osiris (now SNN) on worldwide sales of Remestemcel L, except for sales on Japan.
I cannot provide any link here, however I still recall this from an esteemed poster on the Yahoo finance board, Left-e.
Also, Q3 2018 Mesoblast paid a $10 M milestone royalty to Osiris when initiating Crohn disease trial.
We may extrapolate that a milestone is due by Mesoblast when and if Covid19/ ARDS receives FDA approval under the same conditions as aGVHD.
