why did the company move? Because they realised that the moronic Aussie investor community would never understand the opportunity, and would always leave the market cap low and increase the chance of a low-ball takeover...

why is that Aussie investors can not understand that so many of our good assets end up foreign owned because they are so damn badly valued here?

I for one am happy to wait while the arbitrage players clean out the donkey sellers in Australia, then convert the stock to its home listing and feed it into the US investor community that has appetite and appreciation of what the Unilife team have built.
