    In my opinion it is good to have the capper. An accumulator needs stock. If there are low volume sell orders, the buyer will not buy as the SP will go up and the buyer will have to pay more. 1.1 million sell order is good in my opinion if someone wants to accumulate for substantial shareholding/takeover.
