Yes I believe it's just an unfilled order. If you have 23,000 shares for sale for example and you only sell 22,800 then that order is still current until it is filled. That and the bots thing, there's not conspiricies about this kind of thing just standard variation. It's just how trading is now. I wouldn't waste you time trying to figure out the subtleties of a few trades.
