other than the Shorters, who profits from the nervousness of the UNIS market, from this failure of UNS to meet the NASDAQ listing requirements, and the consistent failure of UNS to inform the market of what the @#@# is going on???

In my view - there is only one group of investor/shareholder who benefits. And that is the bigger shareholders with very deep pockets, and who have a business interest in the UNS product.

IMHO, there is simply nothing stopping UNS from releasing basic information to the market.
They can condition-up the announcement as much as they like to cover for contingencies of AS investigation etc.

Just why some of the bigger insto's have not screamed out, is concerning.
