If they were going to file the Q before the deadline I expected the normal type of announcement that they would release 3rd qtr earning after the market closed on Thursday or Friday (very unusual) followed by a business update presentation by management. So, with no announcement this morning i expect they will file an extension request after the market closes on Friday. Although nothing prevents them from just making the filing anytime before Monday and holding a call later or not at all. They could also make an announcement after the market closed Thursday with a call Friday morning like they did with Imperium.
