Produced out of thin air?
The Chinese have accumulated 3 trillion in USD by exporting goods all around the world.
And the Europeans are just going to create 2 trillion more euros and paper over the debt?
I don't understand how any country can spend more than it earns ad infinitum.
There must be a day of reckoning.
