Selling the coal is simple decision.
We do not have the money to keep it.
At current prices it would be worthless next to a railway line.
It will cost at least a billion to build a railway line to the coal. and the coal will still be worthless. Look at the cost in the kimberlies for shorter lines. Spend a billion and it depreciates at around 100 Mill pa.
We need oil we can truck out.
And we need cash to develop our assets which will have value.
