As for the $10mill dollars that someone raised that we would have needed to spend to retain the tenements, what was wrong with asking, or lodge a request to the NT Government or whichever other State Governement that has the jurisdiction of this land, for an extension of time or for it to remain dormant for a certain specified period of time. It has all been done and approved before to other companies out there you know.???
You can DYOR but there are provisiosn in the Act that allows for that.
