they have never announced they would cap raise denido, that would be certain death to the SP!!! we have been told that there are other ways to skin a cat.
JV is far more likely and offtake of some kind. BFS will also allow funding to come from banks etc, as per Matrix originally. by end of year was the forecast. so there are options.
As you know Im one one of the biggest baggers here but the game has changed for the much better with QMN I feel.
