denido,just a thought maybe appointing the highly credentialed staff means,with as many as (four) JVs likely HR needs these guys to take up the slack and get things moving a hell of a lot quicker.

I can't help but think six staff members dedicated to achieving the required results are better than one.Which until five weeks ago was all we had.
