aka QMN won't be producing on CDU's scale until 2013 at White Range,so QMN only need funding for drilling and general operations.Off takes,small production and who knows,asset sales on leases not required,is all that is needed for the moment.
Once the BFS is complete on White Range in six months,then they will require the serious dollars.
Again i still believe there will be know cap raising.
