As the hearing draws closer I wonder if PC is still of the opinion FAR’s claim is just frivolous. OR is he now starting to get a little apprehensive in the atmosphere of reality.
Perhaps the reality that COP may be on shaky ground is starting to sink in to all who are directly and indirectly involved.
If this is the case we may not need to wait two weeks for a PE resolution. An out of court settlement or a FAR TO must now be high on the list of possible outcomes.
