I can not get my head around “If the preliminaries indication is that FAR have a strong case this will not be allowed to drag on”.
Why would it drag on?
If it has been decided by the three wise men, that FAR has a good case, then it is IMHO all over red rover.
The question was If they have a case or not, so if the consensus is positive for FAR, isn’t that all what Far wanted to know?
I therefore do not think we will get an outcome like that, but instead a yes or no is required and we mightnot get that answer straight after their meetings between 8 and 12 July, even if I wish that speedy outcome.
