Two reasons, neither of which are evidence-based:
a) I distrust any process involving humans and big money (which usually finds a way to win).
b) Sheer pessimism. Experience tells me not to get my hopes up.
Morally, of course FAR should win: They were royally rogered. I hope my pessimism is misplaced.
