I agree OOO that I see very little good coming out of this litigation. I don't doubt the legitimacy of FAR's case, just the chance that they will materially gain from the whole process. It is a distraction from the main game. I hope FAR win a fair settlement and can move on. I think their current percent interest in the resource is about right for the the size of the company. My hope is that they are offered an out of court financial settlement and everyone goes home.
