I think we can safely assume that
1. FAR is quietly confident of winning. I know what you are saying, lawyers! BUT having gone this far, the case, if it's looking like a no go would have been thrown out.
2. FAR would look very foolish if they don't have a knight with a MOU in place, or some arrangement at least, after all, CN did say they have the money.
3. The sell ain't gonna be at 2.20. It'll be more like 6 or 7 (at FID??).
4. WPL ain't gonna match anything at this range.
I can wait another 2 weeks, but it's killing my nerves.
