I personally think Fars, July Birthday cake ruling celebration will never come.
Far, better concentrate on funding their share before the operator's big cash calls are made.
If Far are successful in restarting the PE clock,then the dispersements will add up to WPL's USD$ 580,000,000.00 tab to date.
I personally think Far have a feeling of the PE outcome already,and have opted to sell down to finance the balance of development costs.Any potential buyer will smell this pressure,Far are currently under and will also drag their feet,to reach a deal.
