WPL announced the sale was subject to PE rights. The boss, getting paid millions, said PE rights don't exist as we are purchasing the company.
They are not off the cuff comments.
I don't know how anyone can construe these comments any other way....they are emphatic.
There is no " context " or any other excuse.
WPL announced PE rights the whole time believing they didn't exist as is clearly expressed below.
Its all there in black and white.....no shade of grey.
