one really has to wonder what DD WPL did or likely they were on the same page as COP and thought FAR would roll over. COP needed cash and a sale and may not have had time to wait for FAR to sort itself out. it may have been a gamble who really knows.
all immaterial the ICC will review and give a judgement and as pointed out SNE means little to the bottom line of WPL so no worries if it falls over, one has to wonder why they are bothering with this
