Worth noting these hearings are only on the Preliminary Issues, there may be more hearings subsequently scheduled for god knows when.

Also nothing may come from these Preliminary Issue hearings and they may move on to the full hearing process at a date/month/year yet to be determined.

Seems like a few people are pumping this up to be finished very shortly. Same people who pumped it up last year when the '12 months from filing' time period was coming to an end. 12 months on from that pump we haven't even had a hearing (although that is finaaly about to change).

Looking at the ICC case lists shows that it is unlikely this will be resolved in the next couple of months.

I have a feeling we are going to get to the end of July and there will still be the sound of crickets whilst a few posters look at each other with an expression of 'this is a bit awkward'.
Hopefully I am wrong.
