Hi DB with regard to your comment of 'we will find out if FAR are full of it or COP cocked it up':
If FAR lose PE (ie the 3 wise men say COP/WPL did everything legally and proper process was followed), then do heads need to roll at FAR HQ?

If FAR lose arbitration then in my opinion FAR cocked up badly by interpreting or doing something wrong in the Pre-Empt window that caused FAR to miss out on a potentially highly valuable event.

Same as I would expect heads to roll at WPL/COP if they lose arbitration.

Someone has stuffed up in either FARs corner or WPL/COP corner.

FARs comment of 'it is no loss if we lose arbitration as we still have 15%' doesn't cut it for me. If FAR lose arbitration then that is $100m's of value that FAR has let slip through its finger's.
