COP had to put a price on the Asset ie:35% interest in 3 Blocks held by them in Senegal,by COP Senegal BV.
Far we're told the sale price which included 100% of shares in COP Senegal BV.
Far obviously wanted to know what or if anything else was included in COP Senegal BV's books.
Were they legally entitled to?,they were only ever entitled to PE the 35% interest in the blocks,not the holding company.
Forget about what WPL have said about everything to date,it means absolutely nothing,as they are not involved in this dispute, only by way of buyer,not seller.
