Exactamundo GF. COP have zero say they have to defend their paperwork. When you look at this from the outside it appears all the cracks are with COP and WPL. COP issue a PE notice....WPL say PE rights don't exist..... COP SEC filing shows COP as selling the 35% WI....then changed to sold COP BV.
