Here is a very very interesting presentation by Dr Phil Gurney from CSIRO & BCIA. He talks about the fact that adding tech to existing power stations is cost prohibitive for the small reduction in CO2 emmissions and names Exergen/DICE as the viable alternative.
It is a video presentation and can be found under "technology overview" on the left side of screen then scoll down and click on his presentation. You will need to register first which just requires name and email address.
The interesting part is around 10 minutes in although the whole thing may be interesting to some as it was to me.
