I wonder how you would feel, if you told one of your patients under 25, you recommended they didn't get the vaccine, then they caught covid and was one of the unlucky ones and died.
Do you have any factual data that proves that the pfizer shot has a higher mortality rate in under 25s as a side effect than covid? I don't think so.
