maybe so, but the market responded strongly when the Telstra announcement was made on 8 March - Telstra could provide a lot of leverage in the event of a massive rollout i.e. reputation/product endorsement, capital, negotiation for public space, technical support, maintenance of units.

Would be ok if PIE went alone but I think it would all just take much longer. Impatient.
