Simple question but very difficult to get a clear answer: do holdings in CTMOB automatically convert to ordinary shares if/when they hit the strike of 1c? Seems the heads will hit 1c before 31 August. I have some lying around still with buy price of 0.6. Also costs, if any, of converting now, if possible? Or do they have to hit 1c and then send off an exercise form? Thanks for any advice regarding this.
