Why cant Linc announce to the Market their drill results, and also oil production as at Dec 31 2013?

Maybe publishing well completion reports on Texas RRC counts as the Company announcing well information - does it have to be on SGX or company website or is RRC sufficient disclosure? We have to have more info (existing well decline) to know the net effect on oil production for the company as a whole though... Why the secretiveness I wonder? Are they A) waiting for the average punters to jump ship (optimistic) while the mates accumulate or B) delaying the bad news while their mates jump ship (pessemistic). Maybe neither of these manipulative behaviours are happening but either way Linc PR needs an overhaul.

A little less premature hype and a little more action please Linc.
