PB must of made some decent $$$$ loaning his shares out for rent. If it was all in the interest of the Shareholders why doesn't he disclose how much he received and donate it back into the company funds so that the other shareholders can actually get some benefit from it.
I'd also say if he hadn't been so reckless trying to develop so many high risk projects that had a low chance of success the company would never of had to borrow any money and hence the need for him to have to lend some of his shares out would not have been required.
