Neon do not even know how much cash they have left.
They do however state there were "significant cost over-runs".
They also state that they prefer not to CR but every company just about says that even when it does happen.
Good luck but until Neon state how much cash they have left this will be on a downward trend IMO.
It is incredible that NEN clearly stated today there have been "significant cost over-runs" but cannot state how many millions it over ran and how much cash is actually left - both of these are reasons for suspension until known.
