    This is the missing part of the equation no doubt, and the reason this isn't back to 10 cents.

    But clearly NEN has a handle on this, and has clearly stated it has de risked itself and while exact amount isn't known there is no need for funding (except in the medium term when it looks to expand new projects just like any oiler).
