the managements ability to run nen was on display when they failed to do a CR and protect all share holders when the share price was in the high 30..they gambled and the shareholders lost big time the duster was a hiccup compared to the failure of management on the survival of this company.. the laws aren't strong enough or they would be getting sued for sure for failure to discharge their duties properly. you might say shareholders would have suffered had the wells succeeded but diligent management must not run on the whim of shareholders they have a duty to protect the company.. my thoughts only
