"crossed means broker to broker"..
not necessarly..could be same broker...

There are always heaps of these types of trades (crossings) at this time of year and in "many cases' all it means is that a holder wants to sell/buy their stock to write off/on a loss/profit position, for tax purposes.

I have noticed alot of excitement at HC lately on particular crossings of stock lines...meaning wowwww look at the volume going through 2day...
Contact with your brokers will tell U whats really going on...
