Take over panel- Bit of a convoluted statement but seems to me like Farral is basically saying that Bowen should've asked shareholders for approval before approving the whole MOU with Bhushan. Won't affect the vote on Wednesday you'd think, considering essentially thats a vote on the Chinese deal, and I spose we wait on the takeover panel's official response. That said I don't think shareholders would've exactly knocked the arrangement back. Anyone else got a take on it?
Glen Isla- I think the uranium buzz has almost died to a fizz in the last month of two but the results are positive. Personally I think the fact they hit silver mineralisation is the biggest positive out of that all.
Not much to say till Wednesday really. Will be the start of another chapter in this battle or a big anti-climax....
