missing out of more paper profits but less stress and money in the bank doesn't hurt.
I just don't get this number of shares angle: 2 companies have a market cap of 100m one has 100m shares vs 1000m shares. besides the price per share I don't see the big deal. both can move up and down just as fast right? dilution you say? well if your holding for years/decades until it has earnings does dilution matter ? also I guess the 1000mc stock has needed cr's left right and centre and management Is deemed less efficient with capital.
