Regardless of what some think of this management team, they hold a fair amount of stock and want this to do well to.
I think they have done well over last few years surveying and drilling to have a full understanding of what we have across our tenaments.
They chose to conserve cash by keeping admin costs down and I feel they have planned the introduction of a quality CEO perfectly.
They took pay cuts when CEO joined and gave CEO a reasonable retainer wage, but the performance oppies is there for his taking if he produces the goods.
Great the CEO is a geologist as well which means he can answer technical queries accurately as well.
This management is a tight clever group of people who I am sure will give us loyal holders a fair chance to do well
How well we all do, is an individual's responsibility.
